The LFMO is a recreational league in which young players have the opportunity to learn the game of football in a fun environment.
The cost includes football equipment for the season (helmet, shoulder pads, pants and jersey) and insurance. It is open to everyone, however the number of spaces is limited. (refundable $150 deposit for the equipment.)

FOOTBALL FIT

Mites : 6-8 (2011-2013)
The Football Fit program offers the opportunity for younger players to learn the basic football concepts and skills in a non-contact environment.
The cost includes insurance and t-shirt

GATINEAU VIKINGS
The Gatineau Vikings have teams at the Tyke, Mosquito, Peewee and Bantam levels in NCAFA for the 2018 season.
The fees are $325.
This includes regular season games (and playoffs), the loan of equipment and insurance.
